Can’t state how much customer service this company has. I decided to try out their new DIY product, meaning I buy the hurricane panels from them but install them myself. Even though there were a few hiccups, they went out of their way (literally) to come over and show me the way and also to get parts tweaked to perfection. I initially spoke with Adam to motorize a hurricane shutter on our patio. He asked for a couple pictures and scheduled us just a week out, which I really appreciated. Matt and Ray showed up during the scheduled window and they were very professional. They informed us of everything they were doing and answered all our questions.
