  Can’t state how much customer service this company has. I decided to try out their new DIY product, meaning I buy the hurricane panels from them but install them myself. Even though there were a few hiccups, they went out of their way (literally) to come over and show me the way and also to get parts tweaked to perfection. The end product is perfect and exactly what we wanted. I’m a happy consumer and will recommend them to anyone!

  I initially spoke with Adam to motorize a hurricane shutter on our patio. He asked for a couple pictures and scheduled us just a week out, which I really appreciated. Matt and Ray showed up during the scheduled window and they were very professional. They informed us of everything they were doing and answered all our questions.
